Terms of Use

Signing in with Google is optional — its only purpose is to make your Treasure Chest (your favourites) follow you when you change devices. What gets stored when you sign in is described in the Privacy Policy under “Signing in with Google”. You can delete your account at any time from My account.

The same applies to trademarks

• Trademarks, trade names and character names that appear in a game’s title, description or screen belong to their respective owners. Gemmoa does not claim any rights in them
• Where such names appear, it is only to identify the game concerned, and does not mean that Gemmoa is affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the owner of those rights
• Gemmoa does not review or vouch for the content of the games in advance. We list them as received from the distributors

• That every game will always work
• That the game you played yesterday will still be here today — if the distributor takes it down, it disappears from here too
• That progress saved inside a game will be kept — that is held by the game’s creator

• Using automated programs to make bulk requests, or to inflate rankings or counts
• Interfering with the normal operation of the site or the games
• Copying Gemmoa’s pages or text as they are in order to build another site

What helps us act quickly

• Which game — its address on Gemmoa
• Which right is involved — with a registration number, if there is one
• Whether you are the rights owner or acting for them, and where we can reply

What we do when we receive it

• We check and take that game down without delay
• Where the position is unclear, we take it down first and then check
• Once it is down, we also tell the distributor that supplied it
• If you think we took something down wrongly, tell us at the same address and we will check again and put it back

We also filter before anyone reports. Gemmoa screens titles that look like someone else’s trademark, automatically and by hand, and keeps them out of the public list. That screening is not complete — if you see one we missed, please tell us.

In particular, the following are not made or managed by Gemmoa, and to the extent permitted by applicable law we are not responsible for them.

• The content of a game and what happens inside it
• Advertising and payments that appear inside a game
• Progress saved inside a game — that is held by the game’s creator
• Other websites reached from a game or an advertisement

If a dispute with a third party arises because a user has broken these terms, resolving it is that user’s own responsibility.
